Question Deadline 05/14/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to John S. Selig, P.E. at Civil Engineering Associates, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 and, to be given consideration, must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The scope of work consists of the relocation of certain watermains, valves, hydrants, and other related appurtenances. Award is subject to final approval.
