As of May 14, 2026, project is awarded to Melway Paving but no amount available. Sealed bids are requested for furnishing labor and materials required for the resurfacing of approximately 5 miles of Greene Township roads. The resurfacing project may involve chip and seal, motor paving, or a combination of both, and all materials must meet State specifications. Bids must be submitted on a unit price basis. The project is subject to prevailing wage rates and compliance with specific Ohio Revised Codes regarding labor rates, non-discrimination hiring practices, delinquent property taxes, and campaign contributions. Bidders may not withdraw a bid for thirty days after the bid opening. Specifications and bidding documents are available by contacting Greene Township. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, and accept the lowest and best bidder. The bid package will become a contract if accepted and signed by the trustees.
