Sealed bids will be received for the Sanitary Sewer Lining - Phase 4 OPWC Funded Project. Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas LLC. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain them from the specified website. In accordance with applicable Ohio law, the Prime Contractor and subcontractor shall use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor, to the extent practicable. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in Ohio Rev. Code 153.011 apply to this project for load-bearing structural purposes only. Award is subject to final approval.
