Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,100-square-foot, two-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.

The scope of this project includes the construction of a steel, prefabricated two-story office building that is approximately 6000 square feet: a 3000 square foot garage on the first floor and a 3000 square foot office space; located on the second floor. This project is located within the AOA (Air Operations Area) within the maintenance campus here at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. The first-floor garage will include three bay doors, a stairwell, a storage room, and an elevator. The second floor is made up of a breakroom, bathrooms, conference room and offices. In addition to the construction of the maintenance building, the scope includes the construction of an adjacent 25-space asphalt parking lot. The lot will be located outside the AOA, directly next to the new maintenance building. The parking lot will include installation of guardrails, accessible parking stalls, rubber wheel stops, and all associated site work required for a fully functional parking area. The Authority has an overall combined goal of 17.37% for Minority Owned Business (MBE) participation and 13.24% for Women-Owned Business (WBE) participation, and 6.0% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) participation. 04/20/2026 Question/Clarification Submission Deadline The Syracuse Regional Airport Authority is soliciting proposals for the selection of a firm to construct a new two-story, 6,000-square-foot maintenance building. The facility will be located at 189 Constellation Way N, Syracuse NY, within the SRAA maintenance campus. The building will feature four parking bays on the first floor and office space on the second floor. The scope of work also includes the construction of an adjacent parking lot with 25 stalls, paving, grading, drainage, and all utilities.
