Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace the existing air-cooled chillers with new owner-provided air-cooled chillers. Replace primary chilled water pumps and associated piping. The project alternate may include replacement of secondary chilled water pumps and associated control components. Bidders must be properly licensed for the work in accordance with Section 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. A 5% bid bond and 100% performance and labor and material payment bonds are required for this project. The awarded vendor must comply with E-Verify requirements. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids and the appropriate forms for participation by women and minority-owned businesses must be submitted with each bid to show good faith efforts for participation. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
