Kent County Levy Court is seeking sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of three emergency/standby diesel generators. Bids must be firm fixed price as indicated in the Bid Form and submitted with bid security equal to at least ten percent of the total bid price. Sealed bids will be received at the Kent County Wastewater Treatment Facility until 2:30 P.M. on May 21, 2026. The outer envelope must be clearly marked “FY2026 GENERATOR REPLACEMENTS, Sealed Bid.” Bidding documents must be obtained from the Kent County Public Works Procurement Office. Questions about the bidding documents must be submitted in writing by May 8, 2026. The Kent County Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
