The work comprises the construction of a new Operations Building, which includes new bathrooms, showers, a SCADA/control room, and a breakroom. The facility will provide updated space for staff and generally includes a new Operations Building with SCADA/control room, breakroom, utility room, mudroom, and bathrooms with lockers and showers, as well as yard piping, utilities, civil site improvements, electrical, and controls.
