The Work shall be complete, and all Work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents, which may be necessary for the complete, safe and proper construction of the Work in good faith shall be provided by Contractor as though originally so indicated, at no increase in cost to Owner. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Work of this Contract comprises the renovation of the existing demonstration garden, and includes new plant materials, informational signs, and preparation for new garden structures. The updated space will be a public amenity and a garden space for the Magna Water District staff. The Work will generally include the following elements: o Removal and replacement of plant materials o Irrigation adjustments o Signage installation o Preparation for new structure installation The Work is located at the Magna Water District Office located at 8885 West 3500 South, Magna UT 84044 as indicated on the Drawings. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
