The Jennewein Laboratory seeks an observatory dome enclosure for a new roof-top quantum satellite station. The enclosure will house a tracking satellite telescope system, protect it from the elements, and enable stable interfacing with satellite and terrestrial airborne platforms. The dome must be greater than 3 meters in diameter, suitable for satellite tracking, and provide a full, unobstructed, horizontal view. It will be installed on an existing building and must meet regulatory building code requirements, including the provision of engineered shop drawings to the Authority Having Jurisdiction. The supplier is required to provide sealed shop drawings and calculations, product data sheets and compliance documentation, installation manuals and maintenance requirements, warranty information, and recommended inspection and commissioning requirements if applicable.
