Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sanibel, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a recreation facility; and recreation facility.
The work consists of the selective removal and replacement of deteriorated sections of the fishing pier in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. This includes replacing damaged decking, joists, and structural members; re-leveling settled areas with new stringers; and replacing railings and access ramps.
