Reference Number 0000422148 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2664392.C17463026 Piggyback Contract No South Fort Collins Sanitation District is requesting quotes for one portable emergency bypass pump system for temporary service at multiple District lift stations. The pump system shall be trailer-mounted, diesel-driven, suitable for raw wastewater service, and capable of rapid deployment during maintenance or emergency conditions. The system is intended for use at Ptarmigan Lift Station, Crossroads Lift Station, and Highland Meadows Lift Station through existing bypass risers. The required minimum duty point is 1,475 gpm at 180 feet TDH with 25 feet of suction lift. This duty point is based on Ptarmigan Lift Station, which governs the required system capacity. The proposed pump system shall also be capable of operating across lower-flow conditions at Crossroads Lift Station and Highland Meadows Lift Station. Vendors shall provide a complete ready-to-deploy bypass pumping system, including the pump, engine, trailer-mounted configuration, controls, suction and discharge connections, recommended hose, valves, fittings, and related appurtenances necessary for emergency bypass pumping service. Vendors shall include pump make and model, certified pump curve, engine specifications, fuel consumption, solids handling capability, dimensions, weight, recommended hose sizes and lengths, lead time, warranty information, local service/support information, and itemized pricing where possible. SFCSD reserves the right to evaluate quotes based on overall value, including hydraulic performance, solids handling, lead time, service/support availability, warranty, total cost, and suitability for District lift station operations.
