Reference Number 0000433885 The intent of this solicitation is to select a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) firm for services for renovations to the Northwest, First-floor of the Anatomy Zoology (AZ) building to relocate the CU School of Medicine, located on Colorado State University's Main Campus at 1350 Centre Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80523. The State of Colorado, Colorado State University (CSU ) is soliciting proposals from qualified CMGC contractors for the CU School of Medicine Relocation project. Proposed Renovations of the identified space in the AZ building on CSU's main campus include demolition and construction of a new interior -8,500 sqft space. CSU is currently investigating the extent of any Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM), and the abatement of any ACM shall be included in this CMGC contract. The renovation of the interior space is anticipated to include some mechanical and electrical work to update aging infrastructure.
