Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Roswell, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

The work includes corridor improvements along Riverside Road from Riviera Road to Old Alabama Road. The project consists of construction of a roundabout at River Lake Drive, intersection improvements at Riviera Road, Taimen Drive, Dogwood Road, and Old Alabama Road, addition of bike lanes, enhanced sidewalks and multi-use trail, closed system drainage, utility installation, paving, lighting, landscaping, and other miscellaneous items required for completion. Contractors must coordinate with adjacent City projects and other projects in the area, ensure all materials and workmanship meet current GDOT, City of Roswell, and Fulton County Waterline standards, and are responsible for site access, notifications to utility companies, adherence to safety regulations, and restoration of the site. The contractor must mobilize within 60 days of project award and remove temporary silt fence upon stabilization. No on-site burial of debris is permitted. Working hours are 7:00am - 7:00pm, with lane closures allowed from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Work must be substantially complete within 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed; liquidated damages of $2,019 per calendar day apply for delays. Pre-qualification requirements: The contractor must be prequalified or registered with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and must submit GDOT certification documentation with the bid. A Notice of Intent (NOI) is required before construction begins..
