Purchasing related inquires, a bidder shall submit its question in writing to the appropriate point of contact no later than seven (7) business days prior to the Bid Deadline Chill Water Pipe Insulation Replacement for chilled water pipe installation. No price breaks, add-on charges, or alternate responses allowed. The work is to be performed at Louis Armstrong International Airport, Kenner, LA. The City of New Orleans (City) and New Orleans Aviation Board (NOAB) solicits bids to obtain a contract for the replacement of the Chill Water Pipe Insulation for the South Terminal of the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. This project is located within the ground floor of the South Terminal at Concourse C, CBP, CBP Lobby, and East Terminal where served by the West Plant. The work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Furnish and install new insulation on all bare CHWS/R Piping and remove/replace any remaining insulation on CHWS/R piping. 2. Pipe hangers are to be replaced as identified in the bidding documents. 3. Work to HWS/R piping is not a part of this project, unless noted otherwise. 4.
