Renovation of a civil project in Buckeye, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

This project is for the rehabilitation of the Central WRF Basin A and Effluent Station. Questions Due Date: May 19th 2026, 3:00 PM MST Online Portal Contact Information: Travis M. Stewart, tstewart@buckeyeaz.gov The City of Buckeye Water Resources Department is conducting rehabilitation of its 1.5-million-gallon (MG) wastewater treatment Basin "A" located at its Central Beloat Wastewater Reclamations Facility (WRF) located at 915 South 7th Street Buckeye, Arizona 85326. This project is a federally funded Army Corps of Engineers 595 Program and will need to meet the Build American/Buy American (BABA), Davis Bacon Certified Payroll, American Iron and Steel (AIS) governmental requirements. The Central WRF Basin A and Effluent Station Rehabilitation will consist of the following: o Rehabilitation of the Mixed Liquor Return (MLR) pumping system and piping. Replace current 25hp Hydrostol pumps with Flygt pumps (similar to Basin "C") for equipment standardization and continuity. Palletize and relocate current equipment to storage area. o Purchase and installation of a new Sanitaire or equivalent fine bubble air systems for basins 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9. o Installations of new mixing pump assemblies for basins 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 (Flygt or approved equal). o Installation of new Dissolved Oxygen (DO) sensors and control units for all required basins: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 (HACH or approved equal). o Purchase and installation of new 20hp Flygt Return Activated Sludge (RAS) pumps 1 thru 3 for RAS station. o Purchase and installation of new mud valves for basins 3, 4 and 7. o Purchase and installation of new control sluice gates in front of basin 3. o Remove current 250hp Kaeser blower and purchase and replace with 1 new Aerzen blower of equal size and CFM (3,019 SCFM at 11 PSIG). o Conduct start up and training for operational staff related to the new and rehabilitated equipment related to Basin "A" 's operation.
