The City of Buckeye is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified contractors on the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Construction Manager at Risk(CMAR) Downtown Storm Drain. The project generally consists of construction of underground storm drainage infrastructure within the downtown corridor, including improvements along Monroe Street (Miller Road to 9th Street), south along 6th Street (excluding the school-adjacent segment), and east along South Street to 7th Street, where the system will discharge into a proposed retention basin, together with associated utility relocations, roadway restoration, traffic control, and related improvements.
