Design and construct tenant improvements for a Police and Public Safety Substation at the Verrado Marketplace shopping center. It is anticipated to be approximately 1,600 square feet containing up to 3 offices, 10 cubicles, restrooms, and secure access points. ITS connection to the space will provide local area camera connectivity. A threat analysis will decipher the specific security measures required for the site. All necessary safety and ITS improvements are included in the scope, but any improvements outside of those explicitly called out in the scope of tenant improvements are outside the scope. As of March 17, 2026, this project is in the planning and design phase. Information regarding architect, engineer and general contractor has not been announced.
