The project consists of asphalt parking lot sealcoating and striping at the Crystal Lake Public Health Building. May 06 2026 Contractor Questions due no later then 12:00 PM CST. SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS The County of McHenry is seeking bids from interested and qualified asphalt parking lot sealcoating contractors for the McHenry County Public Health Building located at 100 North Virginia Street, Crystal Lake, IL. The Work includes a Base Bid consisting of surface preparation, oil spot priming, two-coat sealcoating, and traffic markings/line striping. There are alternates and unit prices for crack sealing and full-depth replacement repairs for pothole- and alligator-affected pavement. The Work shall be performed by employees skilled in the respective trade and knowledgeable about the product and equipment being used. The Work shall be completed after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and on weekends. Saturdays can be a busy day; coordination is required. McHenry County shall be kept abreast of the contractors schedule so that any scheduling conflicts can be avoided. The work shall not impact the operations of the facility.
