Renovation of a stadium in Kingwood, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Replacement of one rooftop HVAC unit at Craig Civic Center Arena, located at 311 Tunnelton Street, Kingwood, WV 26537. The unit to be replaced is approximately 30 ton cooling and 500,000 BTU natural gas heating with an economizer. The bid is for both the supply and installation of the unit, including a curb adaptor to fit the current roof curb. Bids are being solicited only from responsible and established contractors experienced in HVAC work for public buildings. Bidders must demonstrate sufficient capital, equipment, and personnel to perform the work, and must provide proof of all applicable licenses and insurance for work in West Virginia. 10% of the bid price will be held for up to 60 days after project completion, subject to approval. Sealed bids must be plainly marked and submitted as specified. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid, or portion thereof, deemed most advantageous.
