Sealed bids are invited for Surface Water Diversion - Drainage Improvements at Cascade Village. A bid guarantee is required. Performance and payment bonds are required. The project is subject to Federal Labor Standards Provisions, including the Davis-Bacon Act. Section 3, Minority- and/or Women-Owned Businesses are encouraged to respond. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
