Site work for a mixed-use development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project involves rerouting an existing sewer line, which includes tying the new line into the sewage main, replacing all disturbed concrete, replacing all disturbed subbase, completing safety checks, and commissioning the new portion of the system. Proposals must be submitted as a single, searchable PDF document via email, with a maximum file size of 25MB unless special arrangements are made. Only one PDF file is allowed per response, and the subject line of the transmittal email must clearly identify the RFP title, company name, and due date/time. It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure timely delivery. The City of Bozeman requires that entities submitting proposals must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, marital status, national origin, actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. Submitting entities must affirm in writing their commitment to non-discrimination and acknowledge that the eventual contract will contain a provision prohibiting discrimination. Entities must also abide by the Equal Pay Act of 1963 and Section 39-3-104, MCA, and confirm that they have reviewed best practices for equal pay.
