The Montana Department of Transportation is accepting bids for Scrub Seal at Red Cliffs North Bozeman Area. Bidders are required to read and agree to comply with the Single Point of Contact requirement, review and accept the IFB General Information, review all Q&A entries for this solicitation, review and accept the State of Montana contract State Terms and Conditions, and agree to comply with MDT Terms and Conditions. Bidders requesting additions or exceptions to the State Terms and Conditions must submit them to the procurement officer by the Q&A deadline. Each bid or proposal with a total cost of $150,000 or greater must be accompanied by bid proposal security based upon 10% of the total bid or offer. Bidders must upload and submit Bid Security with their bid submission. Failure to submit Bid Security will automatically disqualify the bidder's bid from further consideration. The Contractor is required to be registered with the Department of Labor and Industry prior to contract execution. If the Contractor is not registered, the contract may be awarded to the next responsive Contractor. The offeror must certify compliance regarding nondiscrimination against firearms entities or trade associations, or provide a statement if the applicable provisions do not apply.
