General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Warranty Information Required Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % ROOF: Replace all panels (All colors to match Fleet Garage) 1. Remove all metal panels and insulation and dispose of offsite. 2. Remove and dispose of all skylights. 3. Remove all ridge vents. 4. Install new R-30 polybacked vinyl installation. 5. Install new 24-gauge galvalume Roofing. 6. Install new 24-gauge rake and ridge (install vented ridge). 7. Install new .0327" box gutter with 5X4" downspouts. 8. Purlin spacing is 5' O.C. - to be verified by the Contractor. WALL PANELS: Replace all panels (All colors to match Fleet Garage) 1. Remove existing wall panels and insulation and dispose of offsite. 2. Remove heavy gauge metal around garage doors. 3. Install new R-19 polybacked vinyl insulation. 4. Install new 26-guage R-Panel on walls. 5. Install new 26-gauge trim for wall panels. 6. Install new 20-gauge metal trim around garage doors. DOORS: (All Colors to match Fleet Garage) 1.
