Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of constructing a permanent dock and floating dock along the Waccamaw River and approximately 1,921 linear feet of wooden boardwalk connecting to Depot Road with all associated appurtenances. Contract time limits are 180 consecutive calendar days for Division 1 and 365 consecutive calendar days for Division 2. Bidders are required to conduct a site visit prior to bidding this project to become fully aware of all site conditions pertaining to access, working conditions, and potential laydown areas. Bidders must verify dimensions in person. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Each request for such interpretation should be in writing, emailed to AECOM Technical Services, Inc., ryan.hayes@aecom.com.
