**As of July 20, 2026, the awarded contractor is Mallard Flooring, with the awarded amount of $40,678.62.** The Hickman County Finance Office is accepting sealed bids from licensed and qualified contractors for the removal and installation of flooring at three schools. The project will consist of two bid items: Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Flooring and Carpet. Bidders may submit proposals for one or both bid items. Bid documents and specifications are available online. Sealed bids must be submitted by mail or hand delivered to the Hickman County Finance Office and must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as "School Flooring". The Hickman County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the best interest of the Board. The project will consist of two (2 ) bid items : Bid Item 1 : Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP ) Flooring Bid Item 2 : Carpet *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
