Contact with persons other than Mr. Rhodes regarding this RFB may be grounds for eliminations from the selection process. SCOPE OF WORK & REQUIREMENTS: 1. Mobilization Mobilize personnel, equipment, and materials to both treatment plant sites. 2. Site Coordination Coordinate with City staff to maintain continuous plant operations and schedule work to minimize disruption to treatment processes. 3. Location of Baffle Systems at Oxidation Ditches One(1) Baffle at the North Wastewater Treatment Plant and Two(2) at the South Wastewater Treatment Plant Oxidation Ditches and any deteriorated appurtenances associated with the brush rotor systems. 4. Surface Preparation Prepare existing concrete and structural surfaces as required to receive new baffle system components, including cleaning, grinding, and repair of minor defects. 5. Installation of New Baffle Systems Furnish and install new baffle assemblies, including structural framing, mounting hardware, and anchorage systems, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project plans. 6. Alignment and Adjustment Ensure proper alignment and positioning of baffles relative to brush rotors to achieve intended hydraulic performance and aeration efficiency. 7. Corrosion Protection Apply protective coatings or utilize corrosion-resistant materials suitable for wastewater environments. 8. Testing and Commissioning Assist with operational testing to verify proper function and integration with existing brush rotor systems. 9. Cleanup and Restoration Remove all debris and restore work areas to original or better condition.
