Site work for a power facility in Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The services required are for the installation of a new gate at Gila Substation in Yuma, Arizona. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to install a new gate. The work includes installing one new sliding gate (6' x 21' frame 40g, chain link 9g), removing and disposing of the existing swing gate, and providing one Lift Master Gate Motor SL3000UL, one concrete pad for the motor and gate, one key pad and gooseneck, one exit loop, and ten remote controls. The contractor must commence work within 10 days after notice to proceed and complete all work within 35 days after the notice to proceed. The contractor is not allowed to work on-site without the presence of a representative. Any questions concerning this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing and received in the contracting office NO LATER THAN April 24, 2026, 4:30 PDT. Questions received after this date may or may not be addressed, at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
