Bid date notes: The sealed bid envelope should be marked: IFB #26-0045: West Springfield Flood Protection System Annual Relief Well Testing and endorsed with the name and business address of the bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurers or Cashiers check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield. Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required The contract shall be awarded by the Chief Procurement Officer, which reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any and all proposals or to take whatever action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of West Springfield.
