This Request for Proposals is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Humber Park Pump Station Upgrades. The work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control upgrades. Most of the mechanical and electrical equipment at the pump station has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement. The scope includes investigation to determine the rehabilitation required for the holding tanks, valve chamber, inlet pipe, and the building. Improvement is needed for an incoming wastewater pipe suspended in a ductile iron pipe over the ditch. Removal of obsolete equipment such as the chlorinating system is to be considered. Site grading, stormwater, and truck access improvements are to be reviewed. Bids must be submitted online and in English unless specified otherwise.
