The work generally includes mobilization and demobilization, including all labor and equipment as specified and as required to carry out the work. Remove loose concrete or grout behind both north and south fender units of the Alternate Dock bulbous bow system. Place hydraulic concrete and grout ports around the perimeter of the fender unit spacer plates. Placement of grout behind bulbous bow fender spacer plates to ensure full bearing of spacer plates on fender support concrete. Complete concrete repairs around the perimeter of the bulbous bow fender spacer plates. Inspect and tighten all nuts anchor bolts which are part of the bulbous bow fender system. Removal and replacement of chain tensioners on each tension chain assembly. Supply and installation of new galvanic cathodic protection anode system for the existing bulbous bow fender unit. Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept tenders in whole or in part. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
