The BIDDER must accompany its Submission with a tender guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Submission. This bid security must be provided in the form of a bond issued to the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the submission bond template reproduced in Annex 4.01A of the Submission Form.
