(DEP 5295 program - Electricity). The list of goods to be supplied is divided into the following categories: . Lot 1: Cables, circuits and connections; . Lot 2: Hardware; . Batch 3: Electronics; . Lot 4: Controls, relays, contactors. CONTRACT DURATION This contract shall be effective from the date of its signature by the parties or such other date as may be specified in the contractual documents. The Contract covers the period from the award date until 31 December 2027, with ONE (1) option to renew for ONE (1) year from 1 January 2028 through 31 December 2028. The PUBLIC BODY reserves the right not to consider a question or request for clarification made by a BIDDER if it does not result in any modification to the Tender Documents and is forwarded to it FIVE (5) working days or less before the final date and time fixed for the receipt of Submissions.
