The BIDDER must accompany its Submission with a tender guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Submission. This bid security must be provided in the form of a bond issued to the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the submission bond template reproduced in Annex 4.01A of the Submission Form. PUBLIC a performance bond and a bond securing the CONTRACTOR's obligations in respect of security, materials and services, each in an amount equivalent to FIFTY PER CENT (50%) of the total amount of the Contract including taxes, in the form of a bond issued in favour of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution hereunder, which must comply with the provisions of the model performance bonds and bonds for obligations relating to labour, materials and services Delivery schedule May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027
