Replace Water & Septic System CR#: 2134441 This is a water and septic system replacement project involving directional drilling of water mains, septic tank installation, and utility connections at a NYS DOT facility. May require specialized drilling capabilities, water system certifications, and septic system installation experience. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $68,500 for C). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 for C. The substantial completion date for this project is 399 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
