Bituminous Seal Coat: Bid In-Place, a single coat, single pass, approximately 79.118 square yards using Polymer Modified Asphalt Emulsion, type CRS 2PM. LOCATION OF WORK : All of the following roads listed in Township Sector #4 Cafferty Road from Headquarters Rd south to River Road , Twin lear Road , Stagecoach Road , Tinicum Creek Road , Second Street , Center Road DESCRIPTION OF WORK : In -Place , Single Coat ,Single pass using Bituminous Seal Coat , using Polymer Ashpalt Emulsion CRS 2PM Sealed Proposals must be submitted on forms provided. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in part or in whole to award a contract in the best interest of Tinicum Township. Contractors and their suppliers must be PA State Pre-Qualified. A bid bond is required with the bid, and a Performance Bond is required for the successful bidder prior to the release of the bid bond. Bid package can be downloaded or requested by email.
