Renovation of a laboratory facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The work for this project includes the replacement of the existing membrane roof system at the Idaho Accelerator Center, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho. Proposals must be submitted with a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Remodel of the Pharmacy, Lab, Office spaces and waiting room as well as two (2) restrooms
