The work for this project includes the replacement of the existing membrane roof system at the Idaho Accelerator Center, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho. Proposals must be submitted with a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
