Project Locations: Taylor County Middle School, 300 Ingram. Avenue, Campbellsville, KY 42718, Taylor County Primary Cen-ter 106 Ingram Avenue, Campbellsville, KY 42718, & Taylor County Intermediate School 1207 E. Broadway, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1,300,000 Qualified bidders may submit bids for the Taylor County Broadway Campus Roof Repair/Replacement Project, which includes restoration of the roofs at Taylor County Middle School, Taylor County Primary Center, and Taylor County Intermediate School. The scope includes some locations of removal of existing wet insulation, replacement with new insulation, removal of existing ballast from EPDM roofing, patch, repair, and installation of a foam roof over the existing roof membrane. Unit pricing will be used for conditions with tectum decking damaged beyond repair. There are multiple types of existing roofing on these buildings; some areas have no work while others are to be restored. The project will be awarded as a general contract (all trades) to one prime contractor. Bids require a 5 percent bid security and must be submitted on the proper form. Bidders are encouraged to schedule a prebid roof inspection. Only complete sets of procurement and contracting documents will be issued to prime bidders. The successful bidder must furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. Prevailing wage rates will not apply. Questions shall be addressed to Alan R.
