Renovation of a stadium in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Upgrades and repairs to the Petite-Bourgogne sports centre. The scope of work includes the replacement of electrical and mechanical systems - heating, colling, ventilation, repair of the building roofing and envelope, improvement of the universal accessibility. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in fall 2026. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling design of the project will be completed in early 2027, a tender for the general contractor will follow in the spring of the same year.
