This contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest compliant tender. Under this tender, the services required include: Inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment; Cleaning of equipment; Repairs to equipment as required. The service provider must supply the parts, supplies, tools and skilled labour necessary for the proper performance of the services in accordance with recognised industry best practice and manufacturers' recommendations. The service provider must refer to the manufacturers' instructions for equipment maintenance procedures. Inspections and preventive maintenance must be carried out from mid-May onwards, ensuring that the order of priority established by the school closure dates, as set out in Appendix A, is followed. All canteen equipment must be inspected by 29 May 2026. The school milk equipment service must be carried out by 9 July 2026. As school closure dates vary each year, the service provider must confirm their work schedule with the CSEM representative before commencing the annual equipment servicing. Repairs are carried out as required, either when a need is identified during inspection and maintenance, or following a service call placed by the CSEM representative.
