Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenai, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Kenai Votec Parking Lot Upgrades. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor and materials to remove/replace existing asphalt driveway/walkways and fencing per contract documents. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Question Deadline 05/11/2026 at 5:00 PM AKT Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director.
