The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB26-024 Nikiski Fire Station #2 Fill Site Repair. The project consists of the following: Contractors will be required to provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the construction documents included in the Invitation to Bid. Coordination with fire station personnel will be required during the course of the project. This is a site repair project involving fill material work at Nikiski Fire Station #2. May require coordination with fire station personnel during construction and compliance with Alaska Title 36 wage requirements. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. According to the State of Alaska Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, veteran owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to bid. Question Deadline :Q&A due no later than 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026. Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director and shall arrive no later than 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026.
