The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking sealed bids from qualified and licensed Contractors for construction of the Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) Navigational Aid Systems on Runways 7, 25, and 29 project at the New Smyrna Beach Airport. The award of this contract will be contingent upon receipt of bids and availability of funding. All required documents are to be completed and submitted through the City's eProcurement Portal. The requirements of 49 CFR Part 26, including any amendments thereto, apply to this contract, and nondiscrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin will be practiced in the award or performance of this contract. Participation by all firms qualifying under this solicitation is encouraged regardless of business size or ownership.
