Project No : 7376826 Implement a long-term corrective measure to prevent water infiltration into the building interior by removing the existing roofing and waterproofing systems and installing new roofing and waterproofing on the below-grade roof, walls, and foundation. The work includes installation of new foundation and subsurface drainage systems, surface drainage improvements, and all associated construction activities necessary to eliminate water intrusion and ensure long-term protection of the structure. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This range is provided for informational purposes to assist offerors in preparing proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project involves demolition, modification, new construction work as required by the construction documents to accomplish the work for removal of the existing waterproofing/dampproofing from the below grade construction (roof, wall, foundation) extended between the loading dock and building 31C and replace with new waterproofing and exterior envelope treatment for example insulation and air-water barrier, and other related work. The project also include work related to existing and new drainage utility systems, tree removal, exterior stair and masonry work at retaining wall reconstruction as indicated on the construction documents. Construction work shall be in full conformance with the construction documents and any deviation deemed necessary must be brought to the attention of the CO/PO (Contracting Officer/Project Officer) immediately for prior approval.
