Renovation of a military facility in Bethesda, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide commercial and institutional building construction services under a firm-fixed-price order. Work will be performed in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and attachments included with the request for offer. Pricing shall be provided for the primary contract line item, with related work under the secondary contract line item included as not separately priced. The award will be made using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation methodology. Please note that the due date for questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Marlanea Kirkbride; marlanea.m.kirkbride.civ@us.navy.mil and Vanessa Rincon; vanessa.rincon.civ@us.navy.mil. There shall be no contact with any other Government personnel prior to award. Questions shall be submitted via email to the Contracting officer and Contract Specialist listed above by 07/27/2026 at 11:00AM EST. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall supply all material, labor and supervision necessary to design, replace and provide commissioning services of one (1) hydraulic fluid cooling tower currently located outside the building 19 B-Bay pump room. This job should be considered a design/build project. All work will be completed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division West Bethesda, MD.
