Site work for a water / sewer project in Anchorage, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of federally funded planning, engineering studies, and design work to prepare for the future replacement of an aging petroleum terminal at the Don Young Port of Alaska. The terminal supplies fuel for Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and aircraft at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport and has suffered damage from corrosion, ice scarring, heavy use, and the 2018 Anchorage earthquake.
