Services are to be provided on various projects and assignments on an as-needed basis. The City intends to retain one or more firms, pursuant to continuing contracts, to be available to perform services which may include: engineering, electrical engineering, right-of-way and traffic engineering, construction engineering, civil engineering, environmental permitting and engineering, preparation of plans and specifications, construction management and administration. The City intends to retain up to five (5) firms per discipline category. Services may also include projects such as, but not limited to planning, design and/or construction supervision of stormwater assessment and resiliency, water treatment plant expansion, wastewater treatment plant expansion, gravity collection system design and rehabilitation, wastewater transmission system, water distribution system, pump stations, and reclaimed water. Services will be required for assignments and projects including the acquisition, improvement or operation of City lands, buildings, facilities, utilities, and roads. Specific projects and assignments will be periodically issued to the retained Consultants by the City on an as-needed basis.
