Site work and environmental remediation for a development in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call civil work for a conservation development.
The Project contemplated consists of construction of a landfill closure. Work will be completed in all respects on or before October 31, 2026. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the office issuing documents as having received the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The completed Work will provide the Owner with an interim landfill closure at the Kootenai County Fighting Creek Landfill. B. The Work is broken down into the following items (in coordination with Section 00 41 13, Bid Form; and Section 01 29 00, Payment Procedures): 1. Project Lump Sum (LS) Bid Items: Table 1 – Project Lump Sum Bid Items Item ID Description Summary of Work LS-1 Mobilization Lump Sum-As required in the Construction Contract. This Bid Item shall be full pay for bonds, insurance, mobilization, demobilization, engineer's overtime, contractor quality control, contract closeout, and temporary erosion and sediment control. LS-2 Surveying Lump Sum-As required in the Construction Contract. LS-3 Site Health and Safety Plan Lump Sum-As required in the Construction Contract. LS-4 Trimming and Cleanup Lump Sum-As required in the Construction Contract
