Provide all Professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services necessary to prepare plans and specifications for the design, bidding, and implementation of the following: new windows for Gillmore Village's Building D, located at 929 Hillcrest Avenue, Utica; and new windows for Humphrey Gardens's Building A, located at 225 Herkimer Road, Utica. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Architectural/Engineering Firm and the work item to which the proposal is related, and must be received by the Modernization Department at the specified address no later than the stated deadline. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may reject proposals, re-advertise, postpone, or cancel at its discretion.
