Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot fire / police facility.

Install a new roof coating on a 40 x 100 roof. Includes: power washing the roof, sealing protrusions, sealing the edge of the roof with seam sealer, coating the roof with white polymer roof coating at a rate of 4 gallons per 100 square feet, removing all unneeded vents in the current roof, and installing a new roofing coating with a 15+ year warranty. This is open to any vendor capable of completing the described project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid for Training Center Roof Replacement" and addressed to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441.
