Sealed bids are requested for the Marvin Ridge High School Roof Replacement Project. Major subcontractors and prime bidders may request a complete PDF set of plans and specifications from the office of the Engineer. Submit bids on provided forms, properly executed and with all items completed. Any modifications, conditions, or limitations attached to the Bid Form may result in rejection. Alterations on the form must be explained and signed by the Bidder. Bidders are urged to visit the site and familiarize themselves with all conditions related to the project before preparing bids. The Owner is not responsible for site conditions different from what the Contractor anticipated. The Contractor must confirm the accuracy of the site conditions as indicated by the contract documents before bidding. A bid security of 5% of the total bid amount must be included.
